Jonathan Britto

Jonathan Britto is a consultant plastic and craniofacial surgeon in private practice in London. Jonathan’s practice is holistic and patient-centric, authoritative and evidence-based, and his expertise is frequently called upon for complex and technically challenging cases, giving hope to many who might have lost trust. Jonathan leads a team with expertise in aesthetic skin health, lifestyle medicine, daycase twilight anaesthesia, psychology, and the aesthetic imaging of the face and breast - such that every patient may relax in the comfort of confidence. Our team builds the trust with our clients and patients to inform and explain all treatment options in the context of their aims and expectations of result.

Jonathan’s practice is built upon galleries of case histories, before and after “blinded” and externally validated questionnaires of consecutive patient reported outcomes, glowing personal patient testimonials, and colleague referrals. The number of his post–operative patients who become advocate “patient ambassadors” continues to compliment the team. Jonathan regularly presents his work to international peer review. He has written many books, chapters, and learned papers for academic plastic surgery journals and has served as an Editor and regular reviewer for the leading Aesthetic Surgery Journal. Jonathan is a Head and Neck Lead and Faculty for the UCL Masters in Aesthetics, has held representative and leadership roles in UK plastic surgery and a number of honorary professorships in the UK and internationally.
