The BAAPS recognises that training in aesthetic surgery is an essential component of the BAAPS principles and, since 2014, has organised a series of Regional Aesthetic Training Days aimed at pre-and post-CCT trainees.
These meetings are held in partnership with the already established deanery training programmes and are open to trainees from any region, not just those from the local deanery. Different subjects are offered in various regions giving the opportunity to cover a broad spectrum of topics throughout the year.
The days are well structured and provide the opportunity for informal networking. The main sessions of each day are delivered by a ‘BAAPS visiting expert’ from outside the training region.
The days are free to attend but registration must be made in advance.
All delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance with CME points.
