About me:

Mr Sherif Wilson FRCS (Plast) is a Consultant in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery based in Southmead Hospital in Bristol and runs a successful private practice consulting in Bristol, Bath and Gloucester.

I am the lead clinician for the plastic surgery department and the lead clinician in Breast Reconstruction at North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT), Southmead Hospital. I was also the Training Programme Director for the South West until he resigned from this position in June 2018. I am also currently the Chair of the Breast Special Interest Group for the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (BAPRAS).

I am a member of the British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

I am also a tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons and teaches on Plastic Surgery courses. I am well read and had many publications in learned journals. I also had national newspaper coverage following successful male breast reduction surgery.

I takes time to see all patients on at least two occasions before booking an operation to ensure all questions and concerns have been fully addressed. I personally carries out all pre operative consultations and all follow up appointments. There is no limit to the post op visits, there is no extra charges for follow up as they are included in the operative fees, I am happy to see you, as many times as you feel is necessary.
