Mr Shank Sankar and Mr Stephen Matthews will discuss how deal with an unhappy patient, including how to support both patients and private practices.

Mr Sankar is a specialist Consultant Plastic who carries out wide variety of Cosmetic Surgical Procedure and non-surgical treatments and Laser treatments. He has over 20 years of experience in this field. He is the passionate advocate of good clinical governance and quality and part of The BAAPS Council.

Mr Stephen Matthews is an experienced Nurse and the Assistant Head of Clinical Services at Woodland Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care. Stephen has spent the last two years focusing on clinical governance and managing patient complaints in his current role. Stephen’s extensive background in Nursing and Hospital management underscores his dedication to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining effective clinical operations.
