Public Transport: The Pullman Hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras stations and is an excellent venue for visitors coming in from the Eurostar to St Pancras international. The nearest tube station is King’s Cross St. Pancras, on the Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Piccadilly, Northern and Victoria lines. The station has step-free access from the platform to the street level.
Driving: Please note, there is no parking facilities at the hotel, but public facilities can be found at:
• St Pancras International Station on Pancras Road, open 24 hours/7 days a week.
• King’s Cross Car Park on 3 Canal Reach London N1C 4BA, 250 bay car park in the Tapestry building. Opens 8am – 10pm.
Cloak Room: There is a dedicated cloak room on the floor below the Shaw Theatre.
Lectures: The Programmes will take place in either the Shaw Theatre or the Hyde Park Suites.
Catering: All catering will take place in the Nobel Suite. There will be coffee, tea and water available throughout the day with sweet treats being served in the morning & afternoon coffee breaks. Lunch on both days will be buffet style (exhibitors will eat 30 min before the delegates).
